Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Product Condition Policy

✅ We accept returns/exchanges only for new products:

  • Must be unopened in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Must have never been used, worn, or altered

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged items (unless defective)
  • Final sale items (see Section 4)

2. Return Window & Methods

⏳ 7-day return policy:

  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date

📮 Return Methods:

  1. By Mail: Free prepaid return label (provided upon approval)
  2. In-Store:

  3. Drop-off Locations: Available at select partner locations (contact us for details)

3. Refunds & Exchanges

A. Non-Defective Items (Exchanges Only)

✅ Eligible Products:

  • Hair extensions
  • Wigs

✅ Requirements:

  • Unopened in original packaging with all tags
  • Original receipt/proof of purchase
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

⏱ Processing:

  • 3-5 business days to process exchange after receiving returned item
  • If no exchange match available: Refund issued within 7 business days of receipt

B. Defective Items (Replacements Only)

✅ Covered Issues:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item shipped

C. Refund Processing

  • Standard refunds: Processed within 7 business days of receiving return
  • Delays may occur if:
    • Item is missing original packaging

    • Return is initiated after 7-day window

    • Required documentation is incomplete


4. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

❌ No returns/exchanges on:

  • All cosmetics & skincare products

  • All beauty accessories (including makeup, brushes, applicators, hair tools)
